Bringing your project to life
- Designer to present 20/20 renderings
- Comprehensive review of floor-plan
- Selection of cabinetry, flooring, countertops and finishes
- Final review of all material selections
Final Project Review
- Presentation of final detailed line-item proposal
- Review of timeline
- Confirmation of final agreement
- Signatures
Scheduling demo/ installation
- Review mechanical drawings
- Presentation of prepared construction schedule including start & target completion date
- Demolition
- Installation begins, including coordination of all necessary trades
- Installation process carries on to completion
- Customers made aware of all scheduled installs
Finalizing your project
- Substantial completion walkthrough
- Completion of punch list
- Review customer requests for any fit / finish / correction issues
- Final walk through
